Introductions

Welcome FCMA parents and students of the Redbud classroom to our official class website.  I'm Mrs. Rhonda, lead teacher of the Redbud class and I am blessed to have Ms. Jessica as our classroom assistant.  We are really looking forward to watching our little Redbuds grow, socially, emotionally, and academically this year.  Ms. Jessica and myself really look forward to observing the many developmental milestones that each of our children will see throughout the school year.  How exciting a journey this will be and as we work together to make this a beautiful experience, please remember we are always available through making an appointment and email.

Our Peaceful Classroom

Our classroom is such a hardworking and peaceful group of children and it has been a great pleasure to work with each of them every week!  This coming week, we will be doing a "friendship salad" to emphasize and stress what friendship is and how it works and what we need to do to maintain a peaceful classroom.  We are also reading select stories about character and peace to help in the normalization of our classroom.  Please remember to discuss peaceful hands and what peace means in your home so that we are consistent.

Our class looks forward to the Harvest Celebration we will be having very soon and the field trip to Upland Hills to follow the next day.  We have a busy few weeks coming up!!
